I'm currently a Product Lead at ThoughtWorks. Here I work with clients in their digital transformation journeys identifying new business opportunities and helping them discover and build products that their customers truly want.
Jade88*, Los Angeles/Beijing – (Oct 2018 - Jun 2019)*
I founded Jade88 to pursue an untapped market in the self-care/beauty industry. I worked with two co-founders to develop a product, brand, and marketing strategy and managed the day-to-day operations of the business, including sales, marketing, and product development.
ToBox*, Los Angeles/Shenzhen – (Aug 2017 - Jan 2019)*
As Product Director at ToBox, I was responsible for building our presence in the US market. I conducted market and customer research to develop a product strategy and worked with a distributed team to build, launch, and grow our e-commerce platform.
Super Effective*, Beijing – (Sep 2015 - Aug 2017)*
I joined Super Effective as their first product manager. As an early-stage startup, I was responsible for customer research, building out the product strategy, roadmap, and backlog, designing features and enhancements, and growth.

I began working here as an account manager, working with clients to build and launch their digital products. After two years I moved into the Head of Account Management role to manage a portfolio of clients and projects, and a team of account and project managers.

I worked at Macquarie Group as a software developer for several projects for their Banking and Financial Services division, from cloud migration projects to knowledge management system development. I was also fortunate enough to rotate through different roles, from operations and support to business analysis.
